This weekend is an unofficial long weekend, as it's a holiday observed by government and bank, but not the general public.
I'm not sure how things work in the States, but here we have holidays designated as Statutory Holidays where stores close, banks are closed, and government shuts down for that day. Services that are open have to pay the workers extra for that day worked.. Or pay for that day if they work their last scheduled before and first scheduled after..
Monday is not one of those days...
Anyway.. Enough rambling.. Onto the cards!
