Hello Friends!
The next few posts will be about a box I got from the Diamond King.
He emailed me to ask for my address, saying he had some cards he wanted to send my way. What I received has been glorious!
A stack of Vlad Jr, a stack of Vlad Sr, and some other Jays and Expos mixed in.
The Vlads will likely each be two posts because of the number.
I'm glad there aren't many Bowman cards in here. I hate trying to differentiate the Bowmans.. Almost as much as finding the dot variations in the copyright lines of Wax Era Donruss..

Despite the lack of logos, I do like the DKs that are stylized like this.
From what I could tell, this was one of the incentive cards from National Baseball Card Day a few years ago
Is it me or do the eyes look a little wonky here?

I was happy to see two copies of this card. I think I may have one or two that are uncatalogued already, but that'll be figured out once I can get back in my back room
I got one regular and one Artists Proof. Very cool looking cards
Finally some Panini cards to end this post. It's a large addition to my Jays/Vlad Jr collections.
Next post will be part 2, then two posts about the stack of Vlad Sr..

I'm not sure if I'll post before or not, but if this is the last post, Merry Christmas! Hope it's a good one and if you know anyone who may be alone or going through a tough time, please try to set aside a few minutes to call or visit them.. I know it's a hectic time of year where time gets away from all of us, but that small gesture could be what keeps that person going.
