If there's an insert set I like I'll collect that.. The thing I don't like are the short prints and the variations like the Sparkle and other gimmicky crap..

Well, maybe rather than trashing them I'll show them and if you want them, let me know lol Mike Matsonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07423029196949506523noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-6290596144828299977.post-4665154931249421002017-08-16T20:21:25.780-07:002017-08-16T20:21:25.780-07:00I've bought one of those repacks from Wal-Mart...I've bought one of those repacks from Wal-Mart. I definitely intend to complete the Triple Play set sometime soon (working through some of the "kids" type sets that have been produced, like Fun Pack, Topps Kids, and Triple Play), and definitely thought about the Ruth cards and the USA set too. Problem I see (for me, anyway) is the same reason why I won't build modern Topps sets; I'm too much of a perfectionist to rest without all of the parallels/inserts, so the fact that there's x amount of parallels and GU/AU cards turns me away from it.

That Griffey card is beautiful though!Registered Historyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/06080959283447645523noreply@blogger.com
